Changing The Rating Logo

🔍 What is the review logo?

It’s the icon or prompt patients see when asked to leave a review on the report they receive, by default it’s generic, but it can be customized.

🧹 How to update it

  1. Go to the Settings tab

  1. Click on the Review Defaults tab

  1. Find the Primary Rating Logo section

  1. Choose your preferred option (e.g., Google Reviews)
