Duplicate Patients

'Duplicate Patients' allows you to look at patients that the system is picking up as duplicate patients. You can merge these patients to remove duplicates.


To access these patients, follow the below steps:

  1. Click on your profile icon on the top right in Ocumail > Then Click 'Data Management'

  1. Click 'Duplicate Patients'

You will then be met with a screen showing you a list of all the patients the system picks up as duplicates.

To remove the duplicates:

  • Go through the list.
  • See which side is the correct side (Correct patient)
  • Most of the time you are going to be merging 'B' into 'A'.
