SMS Delivery

Just like with Email Verification, SMS Delivery is a way for you as an Ocumail user to see how many of of your total patient size is either with or without mobile numbers.


You get 2 categories that you can load a list of patients for, and they are;

  • Delivery Failed
  • Invalid Upcoming

To access these patients, follow the below steps:

  1. Click on your profile icon on the top right in Ocumail > Then Click 'Data Management'


  1. Click 'SMS Delivery'

You will then be met with the below screen where you can select a category and show the list of patients pertaining to that category.
