Email Verification

Email verification is a way for you as an Ocumail user to see how many of your total patient size are sitting with or without email addresses, there are 5 categories for an email address and they are as follows:

• Verified
• Absent
• Invalid
• Deferred
• Unknown

To access these patients, follow the below steps:

1. Click on your profile icon on the top right in Ocumail > Then Click 'Data Management'

   

2. Click 'Email Verification'

You will then be met with the below screen where you can select a category and show the list of patients pertaining to that category.
