How To Create A Manual Recall

  1. From your Ocumail Dashboard > Select 'AI Recalls' tab from the top list.

  1. On the next screen > Click 'Create Recall'.

  1. On the next screen > You can fill out all the fields. *PLEASE NOTE: You have to toggle 'Replace existing recalls' ON > Then finally you can hit the 'Create Recall' button.
