How To Toggle Between Booking URL and Book/Order Or Call

  1. From your Ocumail Dashboard > Click your profile icon on the top right > Then select 'Settings'

  1. On the next screen, Select 'Recalls' from the left hand side from list of tabs.

Here you will be able to switch between a BOOK/ORDER or Call (Including your practice telephone number) sms recall or if you would rather like a Booking URL (For your patient to be redirected to wherever you may want them to be redirected to, you can also do that by selecting the other option from the Drop-Down.
