1) How to check SMS Replies (Replies to your recalls)

  • On your Ocumail Dashboard > Click on SMS Replies tab under 'History' in the middle of your screen.
Here you will see all your SMS Replies for your recalls that have been sent out.

2) How to check Consultations on your Dashboard

  • On your Ocumail Dashboard > Click on Consultations tab under 'History' in the middle of your screen.
Here you will see all your consultations you have booked.

3) How to check Reports that have been sent

  • On your Ocumail Dashboard > Click on Reports tab under 'History' in the middle of your screen.
Here you will see all the reports you have sent thus far.

4) How to check Recalls that have been sent

  • On your Ocumail Dashboard > Click on Recalls tab under 'History' in the middle of your screen.
Here you will see all the recalls that have been sent out thus far.

5) How to check your Check-ins (People who have checked in)

  • On your Ocumail Dashboard > Click on Check-ins tab under 'History' in the middle of your screen.
Here you will see all the people who have filled out your online check-in form.

6) What the different widgets mean on your Dashboard (At the top of your dashboard (4 widgets)

On your Ocumail Dashboard, you have 4 widgets at the top of your Dashboard. Each of them holds an important analytic for your practice, they are as follows:

  • Patient seen this month - This is how many patients you have sent reports to (How many consults you have had in the month).
  • Number of patients - This is the total size of your patient database on Ocumail.
  • Overdue consults - This is how many people the system is picking up who are expected to come back. (Great opportunity for you to give these patients a call and find out what is going on).
  • Current Delivery Rate - This is how well you are sending reports and how well you are using

7) Checking what Patient Appointments you have (For any selected date range)

On your Ocumail Dashboard > Look at the 'Patient appointments' card on the right of your screen.

You can filter for any date range you want by simply clicking on that blue underlined and colored 'Today' link.


8) Seeing what the latest info modules you have for your website

On your Ocumail Dashboard > Look at the right of your screen, you will see a card called 'Latest Info Modules' > Here you will be able to see the latest info modules that are on your Lumina Blue Website.
