How to mark an unavailable time in your Ocumail Calendar

  1. From your Ocumail Dashboard > Go to the 'Calendar' tab from the top list of tabs.

  1. In your Calendar > Click on the little grey calendar icon.

Here you will be able to set the practitioner who will be unavailable, and then the start and end times for your unavailability as well as any reason as to why you are unavailable (*IF you wish to provide a reason, otherwise just click 'Save' and your unavailable time will be set).


What to do if Spectrum asks for a product key or gives issues when starting the application up

If it asks for either a product / serial key or it takes a while to load, make sure of the following:

  • You are connected to the internet.

Otherwise, if it still asks for a product / serial key. You can contact support at 041 880 0051.


How to set unavailable times for my Lumina Blue Website (So patients know when you are unavailable)

  1. From your Ocumail Dashboard > Click your profile icon on the top right > Then click on the 'Settings' tab.

  1. On the next screen select 'User Settings' from the left side list of all the tabs.

  1. Scroll down to 'Unavailable Times' and select '+Add Period' > You can then select what times you want to book off. (This will automatically be set on your Lumina Blue website when a patient books a timeslot via your website).
