🔍 What is it?

A feature that allows patients to leave a review after receiving their consultation report.

📢 Why does it matter?

Makes it easier for patients to leave a Google review directly from their report.

🧹 How does it work?

  1. Go to your Google Business Profile.

  1. Click Read Reviews and then click Get More Reviews.

  1. Copy the Review Link (do not share this link publicly).

  1. In Ocumail, go to Settings

  1. Click on Review Defaults.

  1. Paste the link into the Primary URL field.
