Viewing Unsent Recalls

🔍 What is it?

a Feature that allows you to view all unsent recalls.

📢 Why does it matter?

Keeps patient communication timely and complete.

🧹 How does it work?

  1. Navigate to the AI Recalls tab.

  1. Under Unsent Recalls, click Today.

  1. Select Past 30 Days.

  1. A list of unsent recalls will appear.
