What To Do When Your Calendar Is Not Showing Nn Ocumail


🔍 What is it?

Sometimes, your Ocumail calendar may stop appearing in the online booking view. This usually happens when a specific setting is enabled that hides your calendar from patients.


📢 Why does this matter?

If your calendar is hidden, patients won’t be able to see your availability and may abandon their booking. This setting directly impacts booking flow, patient convenience, and your overall appointment volume.


🧹 How does it work?

There’s a user-specific toggle in Ocumail called “Hide from online bookings”. When this is turned on, your calendar is hidden from public booking links and internal views that rely on visibility settings.


📊 How to fix it:

  1. In Ocumail, click the top right corner and select Settings.

  1. Choose User Settings from the menu.

  1. Scroll down until you find the toggle labeled Hide from online bookings.

  1. Make sure this toggle is turned off.
