Changing The Default Rating Reminder Time

Controls when a review message is sent after a patient visit.

Optimizes patient engagement by choosing the right time for review requests.

🧹 How does it work?

  1. Go to Settings.

  1. Select the Review Defaults tab.

  1. Use the Send Reminder After dropdown to choose the delay time.
