Creating Custom Campaigns

🔍 What is a Custom Campaign in Ocumarketing?

A Custom Campaign allows you to create a personalized message tailored to your practice’s unique offerings, going beyond preloaded templates.


📢 Why does this matter?

Custom Campaigns allow you to speak directly to your patients in your brand voice, increasing the relevance and success of your outreach efforts.


đź§ą How does it work?

  1. Go to the Ocumarketing tab.

Drag the bar right past the preloaded campaigns until you find Custom Campaign (Email) and Custom Campaign (SMS).

    • It’s recommended to use both channels for greater reach speak to your CRM team about the benefits of each.

  1. Select your preferred campaign type and click Create Campaign.

Campaign Setup Steps:

  • Edit your campaign details (get in touch with your CRM if you need help).
  • Scroll to Patient Filter Criteria and customize it according to your promotion.
  • Once setup is complete, do not finalize or mark it ready to send just yet.

Final Step: Contact your CRM team for a final review and quality checks. Once approved, you're ready to go live.
