🔍 What is the Patient Recall Preview?

The Patient Recall Preview allows you to review what a patient will receive before a recall is sent either as an SMS or email. This helps ensure the message content is accurate and relevant before outreach.


📢 Why does this matter?

Previewing ensures your messaging is on-brand, relevant, and clear before it lands in a patient’s inbox or SMS app. This small step can improve engagement and avoid miscommunication.


đź§ą How does it work?

  1. Navigate to the Patients tab and locate the patient you’d like to review.

  1. Select Edit and then choose the Recalls section.

  1. Click on Preview to view the recall content.

  1. You’ll see both the SMS and Email options available for preview. (In this example, we previewed the email version.)
