🔍 What is the Patient Recall Preview?
The Patient Recall Preview allows you to review what a patient will receive before a recall is sent either as an SMS or email. This helps ensure the message content is accurate and relevant before outreach.
📢 Why does this matter?
Previewing ensures your messaging is on-brand, relevant, and clear before it lands in a patient’s inbox or SMS app. This small step can improve engagement and avoid miscommunication.
đź§ą How does it work?
- Navigate to the Patients tab and locate the patient you’d like to review.
- Select Edit and then choose the Recalls section.
- Click on Preview to view the recall content.
- You’ll see both the SMS and Email options available for preview. (In this example, we previewed the email version.)
