Viewing Patient Consultation History

🔍 What is it?

Consultations can be reviewed at any time to understand a patient’s history, care notes, and treatment progression.

📢 Why does this matter?

Quick access to past consultations supports informed care and smoother follow-ups.

🧹 How does it work?

  1. Navigate to the Patients tab.

  1. Select a patient and click Edit.

  1. Click on Consultations and select the relevant date to view full details.
