You can view a full history of all rating reminders sent to a patient, including engagement and feedback.

Understanding how patients interact with your feedback requests gives insight into satisfaction levels and helps identify areas for improvement.

🧹 How does it work?

Rating reminders are logged under the patient’s profile, showing SMS/email delivery, opens, clicks, and any ratings or comments they submitted.

📊 How to view a patient's rating history:

  1. Click on the Patients tab.

  1. Select the patient you want to view and click Edit.

  1. Click on Rating Reminders to view all related interactions.
