Managing Duplicate Patient Records

Duplicate records can happen easily. Ocumail helps you find, review, and merge them without data loss.

Merging duplicates avoids confusion, improves data accuracy, and ensures a smooth experience for staff and patients.


๐Ÿงน How to manage duplicates

  1. Go to the Data Management tab

  1. Click Duplicate Patients

  1. Enter the email address to receive the duplication report and press Request (allow up to 24 hours for delivery)

Once the file is received, you can:

    • Merge all at once
    • Merge A into B
    • Merge B into A
    • Edit the data manually
