Changing The Report Message

Ocumail allows practices to personalize the messages patients receive. Tailoring these messages helps build stronger patient relationships and ensures clear communication in all supported languages.

🧹 How does it work?

In the Language & Messaging settings, you can customize default messages sent to patients. This applies to all system-supported languages, so patients receive the same message tone and intent regardless of their language preference.

📊 How to update your messages:

  1. Navigate to the Settings tab.

  1. Select Language & Messaging.

  1. Update the message content under each language tab (make sure to edit all three languages).
